Upload your contractor quotation and tell us about your project. PDF, Excel, Word and photographs of a printed quotation are accepted.
Analyse
We structure and review the quotation for scope, commercial and pricing concerns, and produce a free QuoteCheck Scan with a limited preview of findings.
Review
Choose a Professional Quote Review for detailed findings. Every finding is edited and approved by an experienced construction professional before your report is released.
Negotiate
Use the findings yourself, or have QuoteCheck assist with discussing and negotiating the identified commercial and scope items with your contractor.

Six review stages.
Document extraction
Contractor, quotation number and date, totals, VAT, duration, payment schedule, validity, exclusions, terms and line items. Anything not stated in the document is recorded as not provided.
Classification
Line items are grouped into recognised trades — preliminaries, demolition, partitions, joinery, MEP, finishes, provisional sums and more.
Scope analysis
Ambiguous scope, missing quantities or specifications, unclear inclusions and exclusions, potential scope gaps, duplication and inconsistencies.
Commercial analysis
Payment structure, upfront amounts, variation wording, provisional sums, quotation validity, programme and warranty references.
Pricing review
Items requiring a unit-rate breakdown or clarification. We do not estimate market rates. Comparisons are only made where verified benchmark data exists, and the source and date are shown.
Report generation
Structured findings with category, severity, quote reference, observation, why it matters, recommended action and a question for your contractor.
