Terms of Service
The terms on which QuoteCheck provides quotation review and advisory services.
1. The service
QuoteCheck provides independent commercial and project advisory information based on documentation supplied by the customer. QuoteCheck is not a contractor and does not carry out construction work.
2. What the service is not
QuoteCheck does not provide engineering, architectural, legal or regulatory certification, and does not certify that quoted prices are correct.
3. Customer responsibilities
The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate documentation and for all decisions taken in relation to their project, including whether to appoint a contractor.
4. Deliverables and turnaround
Turnaround times stated on the site are targets, not guarantees. Every professional report is reviewed by a construction professional before release.
5. Fees
Fees are stated in UAE dirhams and are payable in advance of the relevant review being carried out.
6. Limitation of liability
To be completed by a UAE-qualified legal adviser prior to launch.
7. Governing law
To be completed by a UAE-qualified legal adviser prior to launch.
