1. Information we collect
Your name, email address, mobile number, project location, property type, project status, budget band, the contractor amount you provide, and the quotation documents you upload.
2. Document processing
Uploaded documents are stored in private, access-controlled storage and are used to produce your quote scan and, where purchased, your professional review. They are not published and are not shared with contractors.
3. Automated analysis
Documents are processed by automated analysis to structure their contents, and are reviewed by a construction professional where a professional review is purchased.
4. Access
Only you and authorised QuoteCheck reviewers can access your project data. Access is enforced at the database level.
5. Retention and deletion
Retention periods and the deletion request process are to be finalised with a UAE-qualified legal adviser prior to launch.
6. Contact
A data contact address for quotecheck.ae is to be added before launch.
