Refund Policy
When a QuoteCheck fee can be refunded.
1. Before review commences
Where a professional review has been purchased but review work has not yet commenced, the fee is refundable in full.
2. After review commences
Once a construction professional has begun reviewing your quotation, the fee is generally non-refundable because the work has been performed.
3. Documents that cannot be reviewed
If the documentation supplied is insufficient for a meaningful review and cannot be supplemented, the fee is refunded in full.
4. Negotiation support
Negotiation support is refundable on a pro-rata basis where the engagement is ended before work is carried out.
5. Final terms
Refund mechanics, timelines and payment-provider terms are to be finalised with a UAE-qualified legal adviser prior to launch.
